Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least a minute to be effective. So avoid spreading or being infected. Droplets emitted by coughing, sneezing or talking may remain in the hands where the virus can survive for a few minutes (less than five). The washing is done before and after eating, after toileting, care for a sick person coughs or sneezes. In case of not having to wash, you can use alcohol wipes.

• Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing with a tissue, by hand or with the inside of the elbow.

• Avoid sharing objects (glasses, cutlery and other objects of daily use) have been in contact with secretions.

• Avoid kissing or close contact so as not to infect healthy people. The contagious period is from one day prior to seven later from the onset of symptoms.

• Ventilate room and clean it with regular cleaners, more often the objects, furniture surfaces, doorknobs, etc. where the virus can survive for hours to days.

• Maintain a healthy lifestyle to help strengthen your health: follow a healthy diet, drink plenty of fluids, get enough sleep, exercise regularly do, avoid alcohol and snuff.
